Main responsibilities will include supporting the Chef De Partie. Rotation through different sections of the kitchen to gain experience and assist as needed. Cook and assemble dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring adherence to cooking techniques and presentation standards.
The prospective candidate should be proficient in English with enthusiasm for learning and developing culinary skills, a basic understanding of culinary techniques and cooking methods and well – versed in health and safety standards.
