Ik woon op het eiland sinds meer dan 3 jaar!
Ik ben een lid van het lokale vertegenwoordigingsteam hier op de Maltese eilanden. Ik werk al bijna 3 jaar in de toeristische sector en heb een passie voor reizen.
Ik ben zeer gastvrij en attent wensen van al mijn klanten. Het leukste aan mijn werk vind ik dat ik in contact sta met de mensen die Malta komen bezoeken, omdat ik u waardevol advies kan geven over de dingen die u kunt zien en doen terwijl u hier bent.

Alle getoonde prijzen en beschikbaarheid worden in real-time bijgewerkt om u de meest actuele informatie te geven. Kies uw hotel uit het dropdown menu en alle beschikbare activiteiten in uw omgeving worden getoond.
Na het voltooien en betalen van uw boeking, ontvangt u een boekingsbevestiging per e-mail. U hoeft de bevestiging niet af te drukken, u kunt deze gewoon tonen bij het begin van de door u gekozen activiteit!

Hotel Visit
I will visit you in your hotel lobby as per the meeting time indicated on your welcome envelope I will confirm that you are comfortable in your accommodation, answer to your questions and explain points relevant to your holiday.
Excursions
All local excursions as well as a rental cars and tours may be bought from myself . The tours are fully inclusive. The price is final and includes fully licensed guide, transport, museum entrances, meals (where applicable). Please feel free to discuss your programme with me!
Flight Confirmation
Flight confirmation is also tackled in this meeting, with reconfirmation of your departure pick up details for your return transfer. If for any reason, you miss this meeting you are kindly asked to contact one of hereunder mentioned numbers during office hours. Alternatively you can also verify your pick up details online: https://services.robertarrigo.com/. All you need to enter 48h prior to your scheduled departure flight is your SURNAME and your REFERENCE NUMBER both indicated on your welcome letter.
Feedback
The local Hotels and Restaurants associations (directly linked with tourist related properties – H.R.A clause No.9) insist that any claim should be lodged during your stay in resort. No letters will be entertained after departure. This will help us too, to solve any points during your holiday.

Excursion Booking Portal
A List of available activities and excursions during your stay is available below. It is my pleasure to give you further details on the possibilities to enhance your stay during our welcome meeting.
All displayed prices and availabilities are updated in real-time to give you the most updated possible information. Choose your Hotel from the dropdown menu and all available activities around you will be displayed.
After having completed and paid your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. There is no need to print the confirmation, just present it at the beginning of your chosen activity!
Questionnaire
In order to be able to further enhance our service to you, we appreciate to have your impressions on your stay in Malta. To facilitate this we have created an online questionnaire which you can fill out at your leisure, and complete within 3 days of your arrival. This will give us the possibility to assist in the unlikely case that a situation arises that needs to be rectified on spot and continue monitoring and improve our services to you, our guests.
