My name is Camelia, I'm from Romania but I've been living on the island for 3 years and I will be your representative for the duration of your holiday in Malta!
I am passionate about travelling, very welcoming and attentive to the wishes of all my clients. What I like most about my job is being in contact with people who come to visit Malta, as I can give them valuable advice on things to see and do during their stay here.

I will visit you in your hotel lobby as per the meeting time indicated on your welcome envelope I will confirm that you are comfortable in your accommodation, answer to your questions and explain points relevant to your holiday.
All local excursions as well as a rental cars and tours may be bought from myself . The tours are fully inclusive. The price is final and includes fully licensed guide, transport, museum entrances, meals (where applicable). Please feel free to discuss your programme with me!
Flight confirmation is also tackled in this meeting, with reconfirmation of your departure pick up details for your return transfer. If for any reason, you miss this meeting you are kindly asked to contact one of hereunder mentioned numbers during office hours. Alternatively you can also verify your pick up details online: https://services.robertarrigo.com/. All you need to enter 48h prior to your scheduled departure flight is your SURNAME and your REFERENCE NUMBER both indicated on your welcome letter.
The local Hotels and Restaurants associations (directly linked with tourist related properties – H.R.A clause No.9) insist that any claim should be lodged during your stay in resort. No letters will be entertained after departure. This will help us too, to solve any points during your holiday.

In order to be able to further enhance our service to you, we appreciate to have your impressions on your stay in Malta. To facilitate this we have created an online questionnaire which you can fill out at your leisure, and complete within 3 days of your arrival. This will give us the possibility to assist in the unlikely case that a situation arises that needs to be rectified on spot and continue monitoring and improve our services to you, our guests.
