Transfer FAQs
What if there is a delay in the flight arriving into Malta or a delay in exiting the luggage area?
Our drivers monitor all incoming flights in real time. In the event of a flight delay, your driver will wait at the Airport Booth. If exiting baggage takes longer than expected, please contact our 24/7 emergency line at +356 2328 5555. There is no extra charge for waiting time caused by flight delays.
How do Gozo transfers work?
Gozo transfers are fully coordinated end-to-end. A vehicle collects your clients from Malta International Airport (or their hotel) and transports them to the Ċirkewwa ferry terminal. After the Gozo Channel ferry crossing, a connecting vehicle on the Gozo side takes them to their final destination. All legs are pre-arranged — your clients simply follow our team.
Do transfer vehicles have child seats?
Yes. Child seats are available upon request at no extra cost. Please specify the child\'s age and weight when booking so we can provide the correct seat category (infant, child, or booster).
Can I book a transfer for a large group?
Absolutely. We provide minibuses and full-size coaches for groups of all sizes. Please contact our team in advance to confirm vehicle type, pricing, and availability for your travel dates.
Are VIP transfers available at all hours?
Yes. Our VIP transfer service operates 24/7, including early morning arrivals and late-night departures. Vehicles feature leather interiors, climate control, complimentary water, and professional, suited drivers.
