Main duties and Responsibilities:
•Hotel inventory management including allotment management and the loading of stop sales in the inhouse system and client extranets
•Negotiation with suppliers for the supply of inventory and availability and special offers.
•Sale optimization and maximising sales avenues for room bookings by adjusting availability and prices based on seasonality, booking patterns and demand and supply
•Increase booking volumes and maximise revenue opportunities
•Data reporting using in house analysis tools related to supplier performance and specific metrics that many apply
•Problem solving on issues related with reservations and inventory management
•Loading of other content in the inhouse system and client extranets, including Non-Bookable Content and Health & Safety Management
Requirements:
•Pleasant personality
•Computer literate
•Good communication in English (other languages would be considered an asset)
•Attention to detail
