Main duties will be:
-Negotiating and contracting with local accommodation and other suppliers
-Communication and coordination with company suppliers for day to day, special requests, and needs
-Assisting Tour Operators at contracting stage
-Contract inputting in company’s system
-Management of Non-Bookable Content and Health & Safety
-Hotel inventory management and procurement
-Business Intelligence and market analysis
-Travelling to tourism fairs and workshops
-Assisting the Contracting Director in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team and department as well as overseeing and optimizing the team performance while assisting in various operational tasks.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2-year experience in a contracting manager role in tourism
-Pleasant personality
-Ability to negotiate with company’s suppliers
-Computer literate
-Good communication in English (other languages would be consider an asset)
-Attention to detail
