We are looking for an Intern to join us in our team in Malta.
Our business is growing; therefore, we are looking for a proactive and curious person who wishes to develop their professional career.
Main Responsibilities:
-Constant correspondence with a portfolio of foreign agents to help them grow their business in Malta through our company
-Periodic calls with Product / Sales managers of core agents
-Negotiating special offers and flash sales with hotels and loading them on our internal system
-Portfolio mapping checks and choosing core hotels
-Creating and finalising marketing campaigns: for specific and also generic for all clients
-Keeping up to date with information about the availability and pricing of flights to Malta to adapt to offers and campaigns and opening new source markets
-Update of hotel info and set ups in the internal system
-Other tasks delegated to you will be included. Full training will be given accordingly
Requirements:
-Communication, and presentation skills
-Ability to work in a multinational and continuous changing environment and able to interact with different nationalities
-Able to correspond fluently in English.
-Available for at least 3 months.
