Requirements

Who should apply

We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds — what matters is your energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Here are the basics we look for:

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme
Conversational English (working language); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Available for a minimum of 3 months full-time (6 preferred)
Eligible to work in the destination country (EU/EEA applicants preferred for most roles)
Motivated, curious, and comfortable with a fast-paced multicultural environment
